A native New Yorker who grew up in a small hamlet on Long Island, Lilya Myers relocated to Los Angeles in the early 70’s. There she received training, which opened the door to employment in graphic design and the printing trade. Life sometimes has a way of altering our course, usually by our own making, or perhaps, because we're simply not ready. 

In the ensuing years, Lilya returned to school to expand and build on her knowledge base, thereby earning certification in different industries, teaching credentials in three states, and her Series 7 investment and insurance licenses. Her work within the family-owned fine décor boutique many years before, and a penchant for design and decorating, led her to open her own interior decorating business.
Ms. Myers has traveled extensively throughout forty-nine of the fifty United States by car and motor home. Her journeys have taken her to countries in Europe and South America, as well as the Middle East, where she lived for a year.

Writing is her one true passions to finally bubble to the surface. The personalities, the places, and the experiences that have crossed paths with her life are the catalysts that ignited her desire to create stories that would captivate readers.Throughout her life, she has called many states home. Lilya currently resides in Arizona with her husband and other family members of both the two-legged and four-legged varieties.
